What should a real estate marketing plan include?
A workable plan sets out the audience, project proposition, approved information, brand assets, website journey, channel roles, launch sequence and sales feedback. The plan should identify an owner for each decision before creative production begins.
1. Write the project brief before the channel list
Record the exact location, development stage, accommodation or commercial offer, intended audience and launch window. List which facts are approved and who confirms changes. A project in any of our four Gujarat service cities still needs this specific brief; the city name alone is not a strategy.
2. Map the buyer’s questions to evidence
For each claim, identify the supporting plan, specification, location detail or approved asset. A useful content matrix has four columns: buyer question, project answer, evidence source and approval owner. Label illustrative images and do not let campaign language imply an outcome the project cannot substantiate.
3. Define the launch assets and their roles
| Asset | Job to do | Readiness check |
|---|---|---|
| Project identity | Give the proposition a recognisable expression | Approved name, identity and message hierarchy |
| Brochure or presentation | Support a detailed sales conversation | Reviewed specifications, plans and contact route |
| Property website | Explain the offer and capture an enquiry | Mobile pages, working form and correct project facts |
| Campaign creative | Introduce a relevant idea in each channel | Agreed audience, formats, disclosures and destination |
4. Agree what a qualified enquiry means
Useful definitions may consider fit with the offer, area of interest, timing and willingness to speak with the sales team. Record disqualification reasons. Compare cost per qualified enquiry and qualified visit where the underlying data is available; do not treat every submitted form as the same outcome.
5. Make the first review actionable
Review which messages led to relevant conversations, where visitors needed more information and which sales questions were repeated. Decide whether to change the creative, page content, audience or follow-up. Keep the reporting definitions consistent so a comparison is meaningful.
